As Chartered Building Surveyors, we are trained in the design, construction and evolution of property throughout its lifecycle. In the context of new buildings or extension works, CS Partnership LLP is frequently involved at the very beginning during the feasibility stage of a project and we are often retained to direct, administer and advise our clients through to the end including control of quality and costs.

More often, we are involved with the repair and alteration of existing buildings of various types and we have surveyed and reported on buildings ranging from airport complexes to single cell parish churches and assembly halls. We have surveyed and reported on inherent design and construction failings within brand new buildings as well as advising on practical, often non-invasive measures to assist in the continued performance of buildings over 700 years old.

We regularly accept instructions to provide advice on the relative condition of the structure and fabric of buildings and to diagnose individual elements in disrepair. We also advise on the statutory requirements and implications involved in the development, alteration and / or renewal of buildings and sites; particularly within confined urban areas.
